It is not flashy and has a calm feeling. It's hard to put into words, but it's a well-balanced and very good sake.
It has a melon-like taste. If you like Instrument Masamune, you will like this.
It also has a little smoky nuance.
It's a Shinshu Kameari's special shop, so I went there expecting that, but they didn't have it. This is the only place I know about Shinshu Kameari.
