ひるぺこ
This time it is a light nigori sake from Ippodo. This sake is from Fukushima Prefecture.
Speaking of Risshun, it is Ippouki's light nigori. It's a little late, but I managed to get it!

It is a light nigori with an orange tinge. The bubbles are light and popping.
The nose is sweet and juicy with a hint of pear, citrus acidity, green bamboo, and lime.
From the gentle mouthfeel, the juicy pear-like flavor and the clear, smooth, creamy rice flavor flow smoothly through the palate.
A light, juicy sake that flows like fresh, soft melted snow.
The bitterness combined with the taste reminds me of the coming of spring 🌱
I'm glad I got to drink it 💕
When paired with salty rice crackers,
The citrusy richness is enhanced.
I wonder if the salty taste with dashi goes well with it?
