I've had Aizu Musume a few times, but I'm ashamed to say this is my first time with Junmai sake 😅.

You can feel the full flavor of the rice as if it were a junmai sake.

Mild and moderate acidity and some spiciness...
It has a refreshing taste that goes down your throat 😊.
It is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking!
This is the kind of classic sake that should be enjoyed in a bottle.
I want to savor it carefully... 😌.

It was a hanpukai that only Kadoya can have, as they have a good relationship with both breweries👍When the earthquake happened, I finally got Mr. Suzuki from Iwaki Kotobuki on the second day and he told Mr. Takahashi from Aizu Musume that he was safe at Kadoya Sake Shop 😌.

I also drink Yongo bottles 😅I enjoy the standard sake in Ichimasu bottles and the seasonal and project sake in Yongo bottles 😌The Aizu Musume standard Junmai sake was delicious and I wanted to try it in Ichimasu bottles 😋.

I bet it would be delicious with horse sashimi 🤣It's a food sake that can be paired with basically anything 😋It was gone in no time cold, but I wish I had tried it at room temperature or even heated 😌.
