Brewed with a new rice called "Jushikinmu" by Kangiku, who never misses a chance to brew 🍶I brought this one to you expecting it to be right in the middle of my favorite sweetness ✨.
The bottle was opened with a big pop 💨 I was afraid it would spill 😅.
The aroma is mild, with a slight impression of pear 🍐The supernatant is very gassy, with sweetness and bitterness coming almost simultaneously 😋 and a nice crisp acidity 😋.
When mixed with lees, the aroma impression is still pear 🍐Lees is also moderate, and the appearance makes me drool 🤤In the mouth, the gasiness is a bit petit, sweetness increases a bit, but the fresh bitterness and acidity make it easy to drink 🥰It's not quite what I expected sweet and delicious, but still high level ☺️It is also delicious with the bitter taste of spring vegetables! I think so✨️
