I had a Junmai-Daiginjo followed by a Junmai-Ginjo😍.
The aroma after opening the bottle is not particularly noticeable... a slight lactic acid drink type aroma.
Unlike the Junmai Daiginjo, it's not cloudy, but it is thinly cloudy.
Slight bubbles sticking to the glass 🫧.
Let's hope for the best 🫧.
Slight tingling and slight bubbles on the palate, followed by a grapey taste that quickly disappears and is replaced by umami 😍The aftertaste is refreshing 😍.
A lactic acid beverage that is not overpowering.
Delicious!

There was a time when I could only bend 90 degrees after a nerve compression injury in my right knee in February this year, but I managed to get back ☝️
Soccer is fun to watch, but it's many times more fun to play ⚽
