[Returning to the "Home of the Heart" (6) Shortly before I left for Onomichi, I received a call from the owner of Kikki. He said, "Jive, I'm thinking of serving Kuroryu at my place from now on, which specs do you prefer?" Ja "I'm thinking of either a slightly more expensive Ichikyorai Jungin or a more cost-effective Ichikyorai Ginjo. O "I want everyone in Onomichi to drink something good, so I'll go with Jungin. Ja "If that's the case, I'll bring a bottle of Fukui limited edition Kuroryu next time I go there". So we decided to open the Kuroryu we brought as a souvenir and have a tasting. Kuroryu Adoso Junmai Daiginjo Named after the production area of the sake rice used for Kuroryu [Adoso Jitoho], this is a model distributed only in Fukui. It has a serene, slightly sweet aroma, a refreshingly clean taste and sweetness, and a fresh, crisp finish with a fresh, sweet aftertaste. It received high praise from everyone who tasted it, including the brewery's general manager. We drank together until around 2 a.m. and left the restaurant promising to meet again next time. On the way back to the hotel, we enjoyed the view of the shipbuilding dock cranes on the Onomichi Channel and the constellation of Orion shining above us, while walking in the pleasant night breeze. Oh, I drank a lot!

Hi again, ma-ki-chan! Every time I come to Kikki, it's a given that it will be late in the morning, but it's really fun and time flies by. I'm sure you'll find the "Adoso" is a reasonable price for "Kuroryu Junmai Daiginjo"!

Good evening Mr. Jive 🌝. Your interaction with the owner is so touching that I'm getting teary-eyed in front of the screen😭 I remember when I was a student I used to rent a bike and go to Onomichi to go through Manami Kaido to Imabari✨.

Good evening, Chirsta 🌛. Thank you for your kind comment 🙇. My first encounter with the store was when I cycled the Shimanami Sea Route, and I just happened to walk into the store at that time.
