I was curious about the sake that Shang Shu KANON was drinking.
It was sweeter and more fruity than I expected. It is light and easy to drink, and has a weak sake taste.
It tastes somewhat like Blue Hawaii.
According to the official website, the rice is Takananishiki.
Along with this sake, I bought some Ego, which I learned about from Hiraccio's post, at an antenna store!
It was delicious, with a texture like agar or trokoten 😀.

Shinjo-san, you purchased the crane friend here 😊Ego has two kinds of egos and I chose the one with spicy vinegared miso. It was even better than I expected 😁.

It's a small place and I'm too scared to go there now, but it's a nice place.
The rare sake is for Mr. Bouken, and the regular sake and honjozo sake are versatile enough for me!
