Nito純米大吟醸 愛山四十八

Late summer vacation from September 8, I went out drinking with my regular drinking buddies and brought my own drinks😊.
We went to a local hidden gem, Kicchin Usagi, run by a proprietress in her 70s.
Ni-Hare Junmai Daiginjo Aizan 48
Aroma of mellow rice, mildly sweet taste with a hint of Aiyama's typical sweetness, and a lingering sweetness after the finish, as well as a final sake-like smell.
It goes well with the delicious kombujime (sweet shrimp on kelp) that we ordered for our entrée!
This is a bottle that is too delicious.
Two more bottles to follow from "Ni-Hare" 😁.

Good evening, Mr. Jive.
If it is the spoils of your business trip to Aichi 🎵.
I'll be referring to the Ni-Rabbit as it's a sake I'd like to drink very slowly ✨.
Kombujime is delicious😊I love kombujime so much I haven't had it in a while😊.

Hi ma-ki-, ☀☀☀.
I was quite drunk and my sentence is not correct 😅.
Yes, I got it with "Oku" during my business trip to Toyohashi 😆.
All the dishes made by the proprietress here are excellent and highly recommended 😁.

Hello, Pon-chan!
I was going to get a summer vacation during the offline meeting, but I forgot to apply for it and now it's here 😅.
It was pretty sweet and tasty and my drinking buddy who was drinking with me was also a big fan of it 😊 Shrimp eater was here too 😁.

Hi Gyve 😃
I hope you are enjoying your late summer vacation 🌻🤗.
It's amazing that the proprietress is in her 80's and runs the place all by herself! The food looks absolutely delicious 😍.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
I've been out playing mahjong and drinking for a while now 😁.
The food prepared by the proprietress is all excellent, and she regularly adds new dishes to the menu, so if possible, I would like to visit this restaurant once a week 😋.
