I was curious about it because I saw a few people drinking it at Sake-no-wa too.
I finally found it!
The aroma is a little bit lactic acidic. Maybe even a slight green appleiness?
It's a beautiful sake that you can tell the moment you take a sip 😆❗️ it's like a Kyoto sake 🍶.
Delicious 😋.
I also feel some citrusiness with the contrast of sourness and bitterness.
It has a gentle sweetness and umami, followed by a clean acidity and bitterness, with a light bitterness and a slight apple-like sweetness lingering on the palate. ❤️
It tastes like it would go well with a variety of Japanese dishes. ✌️
