Slightly apple-like top note
The same subdued aroma as the topping, soft sweetness and rice flavor spread with a crisp acidity, and a slight bitterness with the spiciness of alcohol that quickly fades away.
Slightly dry and cleanly balanced, it is a sake that is better served with a meal than as a stand-alone sake.
It goes well with Muroran yakitori (Muroran's soul food, pork skewers dipped in spicy sauce) and various other dishes.
