We enjoyed 104 brands of sake from 54 breweries in the prefecture!
We participated in the festival.
Hirotogawa, Collage, Tobiroki, etc.
After tasting the parade of famous sake,
After tasting the parade of excellent sake, we went to the sales tent, where they were out of stock one after another.
The trophy sake in such a situation is Yaemon!
The trophy sake was Yaemon, a daiginjo brewed with water from the Iide mountain range.
What kind of sake is it?
I was under the impression that it was a very good sake, but it was deliciously clear!
It has a refreshing sharpness that is typical of aluzoe with a strong umami of rice.
It can be served with pickles, sashimi, shaomai, and even onigiri rice balls to finish off the meal.
It was a luxurious and luxurious sake 🍶 that goes well with home rice 🍚😋❣️
Makes me want to go on a Fukushima sake trip 😁.

Good morning, Mr. Manachie. Many brewers from Fukushima came to the event and it was very crowded. Everyone was so good at recommending 😁I bought more tickets for sake tasting and soon I was in heaven😇I guess they enjoyed the beautiful sake in the picture 😅.
