bouken
Sake purchased at Hankyu Department Store's traveling SAKE.
I have been drinking Aizu Homare, but this is my first time drinking Karahashi.
Nemuchi-san said that Karahashi is her favorite sake.
It is a fire-brewed sake, but it is fresh and a little gassy. It needs to be refrigerated, and I wonder if it is once-heated.
Fruity, sweet and delicious. The acidity is impressive.
After tasting, Yamadanishiki was also good, but I chose Yume no Kaori because I felt it had a unique character.
Karahashi has Yamadanishiki, Yumen no Kou, and Yumemachi, and it seems that they also have a draft, but I would definitely like to try the draft since it is so good in the hi-ire style.
If I were alone, I probably would not have gone through with it or bought it, so thank you, Nezuchi-san 😃.
It's starting to feel like pineapple after a while since I opened it.
One of the best fire-roasted liquors I've ever tasted.

I tend to choose local sake brewing rice if there is a difference in rice 🤣I would love to find and drink the raw one 😋.
