Wife and kids went back to their parents-in-law's house.
I went to visit them but my mother-in-law told me to take it easy, so today I went to my hometown in Fukui for a long time and drank alone.
So I decided to go to SHIMA & COOFFEE & SAKE 🚶.
One of the seats was empty, so I went in and went to the cellar.
When I found this one, I couldn't help but ask for it, so I started with a glass 🍶.
Hirotogawa Special Junmai.
Fruity yet milky rice aroma, very refreshing and sweet, contrary to the aroma, with a clean and pleasant aftertaste.
The impact of the aroma and the gap between the clean taste and the deep aftertaste makes this a bottle that you can drink forever without getting tired of it.
This is a very tasty wine.
Hirotogawa" is often talked about at Sake-no-wa, and I am not sure if I will drink it at home yet, but I definitely want to repeat this bottle again!
The entrée is Camembert cheese in oil seasoned with ishiru and shotsuru (soy sauce).

It just so happened that the event in collaboration with a restaurant was extended for a day until the day before so I was able to find the food menu 😁.
Both dishes are fish sauce, so they have their own peculiar taste, but they were salty enough to go well with sake 😋.
