SENKYO✕UA Limited Sake Party at shima&sake&coffee
The last one is here 🍶 after the "Edo-togari" (Edo trip).
SENKOKU UA 1st 2024 AKA AKA, NAMAHASHIZUKURI".
It has a clear acidic aroma, a rich umami and acidity, and a refreshing aftertaste.
Personally, I think I like it better than "Ao" before "Edogari" 🤔.
Last but not least, the blue cheese pasta with pear and prosciutto ham.
The pasta is quite thin like somen noodles, and the salty flavor of the prosciutto and blue cheese is delicious 😋.
