It has a nice, tight, gaseous feel that only direct pumping can give! The aroma is reminiscent of La France and pineapple. A very nice aroma!
The aroma is tropical and the taste is slightly bitter.
It is so refreshing that it makes you want to gobble it up!
（Although I am still awaiting the results of my health checkup (from the previous year), I have resumed my rah-rah activities! The second time I tried Yamaoka's restaurant, I tried their normal special miso 😋 It was rich and delicious!
