Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in Spring (3)
Among the 6 participating breweries, this brewery seemed to be the most familiar with the event, or more like a tourist brewery. In addition to the direct sales booths, there were also sales corners at key points 😅.
It was like a festival with a lot of food!
I drank
Sakura Tofu Junmai Ginjo (limited edition sake for the brewery festival)
It was like a spring sake!
Nijiiro no Saihi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu
Made with mizukagami. It was sweet and delicious.
Yamahai Junmai Nama Shu Arabashiri
Impressive acidity
Sanrensei Extra Edition II Junmai Ginjo Shiga 83 Kiramizuki
This is the first sake rice I have ever known. It is a crossbreed between Nikomaru and Shiga No. 69. It has a strong umami flavor and a thick taste that I like a lot.
Sanrensei Extra Edition I Mizukagami
A little refreshing. A little short...
Tarekuchi tarekuchi tsukanba nama-sake
A limited-edition sake for kuramimizushi scholars. Fresh and a little gassy? Not very impressive.
Yuki Kasumi Yamahai Junmai Nigori Namaishu
I tasted this for a fee because I was told it would definitely be a gusher.
It was spicy and a little bitter...
Churumov 329
This is made from comet. I've had it in the past and it's still as tasty as ever. The acidity is still impressive.
GINJUNSEI Yamahai Junmai Ginjo
I prefer the raw version that I drank in the past. The acidity is also impressive.
We met a guy from Kobe here and decided to join him 😊.

bouken, good evening 🦉.
Fess! That's perfect 🤣👍Did you jump out and get in the face of the flying fish? I was a bit scared of carrying a keg of sake and mixing it with a stick 🤭.

I laughed at the sake bottle version of "pop-up" 🤣.
Sake brewery tours are one of the things I want to do when the kids leave the nest👍.

Hello bouken 😀
As you said, this brewery was the most enjoyable event of all 😇.
I bought a bottle of Sakura Tofu to compare with Haruyama at this brewery 😀 I'm looking forward to drinking it at home 😀.

Hi Ponchan 😃
The number of food and beverages is more than others and they are used to events 🤔I didn't go into it because I wasn't that drunk yet 🤣I carried a keg of sake at the last Kitajima-san 😁.

Hi Koizo 😃
Actually it would be scary if there were kids with sake bottles like this 🤣the bottle on the right looked like a bat 😨there were people with kids at each brewery, but it's basic alcohol and they get bored 💦.

Hi Yasubeyesan 😃
I was wondering if I should buy Sakura Tofu since I'm not a fan of limited editions, but I decided against it this time 😅.
