Yesterday, I visited Matsumoto Castle in full bloom🌸
Spring finally came to Matsumoto ❗️
Still cold in the morning 🤣.
In the evening, we went to Kigori, a buckwheat noodle restaurant where you can drink Sake from Fukushima!
We started with Kasumi Romain.
It tastes like melon juice 🍈, with a rich sweet and sour fruitiness and a touch of bitterness, probably because the bottle has been open for a while.
Served with gizzard sashimi and chicken wasabi
It was delicious 😋.
