I know the name of this sake, but I've never had the chance to try it. The label only says unfiltered raw sake, but it seems to be undiluted sake. It gives a fresh and sweet impression on the entry. It has a beautiful mouthfeel. It's modest and has little assertiveness, but it's easy to drink and will appeal to everyone. The alcohol stimulation comes slowly in the second half. When you roll up the label, you can see a picture of sushi. It's a bit peachy. Maybe it's just my imagination, though. I was expecting Hidakami to be a dry sake, so I was happy to find it had a strong sweetness.

I've never seen boiled hamaguri as a sushi item because I'm from Kansai. I like it, but I rarely see kohada in 😿

Good evening, bouken! I don't know about boiled clams either! But I love kohada ☺️🎶. I've had it before and it was delicious. I'd love to have a drink with seafood next time... 🤤 oldest

I've never heard of it, but I've heard of it. I'm so relieved I'm not the only one who doesn't know what a boiled clam is lol I'd love to try it with oysters or sashimi but I think I'll be free by then😅.
