A brewery established in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture. We went to the site to scout it out.
The brewery was trained at Shinmasa, and they brew with wood vat No. 6 yeast.
They are not allowed to make sake because of the license. They are not allowed to make sake due to their sake license.
The regular Yamane Minori was sold out, so we had one with Hanno's finest tea leaves!
The aroma seemed to be strong with alcohol.
The sake is easy to drink with a wooden vat feeling, a clean feeling, and a Rokugo-esque acidity. The slight tea taste is very nice.
I drank it with pork cutlet, and it seemed to be a good match.
I would like to enjoy various things as they also offer overnight stay and BBQ. Saitama Off-line meeting?
P.S. Regel told me about it. That's great, Regel-san!

Good evening, Mr. Manachy. A year-end party at the brewery is very Sakenois-like. It's also a good place for touring, so you can ride your bike 🏍.

3KAN4ON Good evening. It is a little far from the station. There is a bus service, but it's that way, so if you ask me when you go there, I'll show you the Igarashi Sake Brewery as a set. I'm a man of leisure, so please don't hesitate to tell me.

Good morning, MAJ. It would be nice if we could all bring our own drinks and do it together. But there doesn't seem to be a mahjong table.

Good morning Mr. Noodle Sake King, it's a craft sake. It's a bit expensive but I bought it for local support. It must be fun to stay here. The sake here is very nomiho.
