Since there is also Kobe meat on the menu, I chose a sake that would go well with it.
There are a number of sake breweries with the name "Masamune" in their name, but the Sakura Masamune is located in Nada Gogo and is the original "Masamune" sake.
It has an elegant aroma and a clear throat that complements the food, and it went well with the thick sukiyaki in a small pot.
The fourth was a cocktail arranged with sake.
The original sake was Sakura Masamune, which we drank at dinner.
It is a marriage of Zubrowka (vodka) and orange liqueur, reminiscent of sakura mochi (cherry blossom cake). We were very satisfied with the wonderful taste. The 🌸 in the middle is 🍎.

Good evening, Rutemi. You had a wonderful time enjoying Sakura Masamune, which goes well with Kobe beef sukiyaki, with a sake cocktail to enjoy the cherry blossoms with your taste buds 😆 I never knew that the original Masamune is Sakura Masamune 😊.

Good evening, Lutertemi 😃.
The serving in the lacquered masu is very picturesque 😊I wonder if it's not yeast #1 🤔.
It's also a strange thing about sake that such a historic brewery's sake is transformed into a spring-like cocktail in an osalee bar ☺️ spring ahead 🌸

Good evening, Hirupeko😄.
Sake is very deep. The bartender 🤵 told me that the sake with a sharp and clean taste is easier to arrange than the fruity sake. Sakura Masamune is something of a number 1 😆.

Good evening, Aladdin😄.
It looks like it is not yeast #1. The name of the cocktail you made is "Nada no Sakura". I was surprised at the aroma of the cherry blossom cake. I had a time that I could not do very often. ☺️

Sake cocktail looks stylish and delicious ❣️ I've never had a sake one, but does it still have a sake feel?

Good morning, Pon 😃.
I don't think I would have known what liquor was in it if it had been poured into a glass instead of served out of it. I was asking the question ❓ if it's not in it, is there nikki in it 🤣.
