I've been totally slacking off,
I never got sick or anything.
I was addicted to whiskey, gin, and shochu,
I haven't been drinking sake at all.
Now that the weather is colder, I'm back to sake✨.
Kyuheiji, a JR Nagoya Takashimaya exclusive: 👴🏻
Up until last year, it was Omachi raw sake,
This year, it is a Nakadori Yamada-Nishiki sake!
I'm not sure if it's "bespoke" or "separate" 🤣.
Gentle sweetness and umami, then acidity and sharpness ✨.
The wineiness that is typical of Kuheiji was subdued!
