I am happy to have celebrated my birthday safely! First of all, I'd like to thank my parents for giving me a healthy body that allows me to drink good sake, and my family for their support. Today, my wife and I are going out to a restaurant that does not serve sake, so I will post the sake I drank at last night's petit one-person eve party to commemorate the occasion 🍶Jundai Sanshuang First of all, Sanzen Sakura, which I've been really into lately! This store also had it! Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku 45, which I haven't had yet! Not much of a ginjo aroma, but fruity! It reminded me of pineapple! It was very fast from the start! Chichi-san asked me to introduce the restaurant where we go out for a drink, so here it is! Izakaya Konakara @Sapporo extensive knowledge Another sake rice "Kitashizuku" was first tried by the volunteers of "JA Higashikawa". This rice has been used in Nakatsugawa as well, but with the support of Higashikawa's rich nature, the result is a deep sake with dual qualities: a gentle sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste, and a full flavor and crispness.

Thank you for your comment, Pon-chan. Birthdays are always a joyous occasion, no matter what time of year it is. At my age, it is a little embarrassing. I will continue to contribute. I would like to meet many kinds of sake.

Thank you, Eririn-san. I am looking forward to seeing the cherry blossoms in Tohoku, but the last time I was in Hirosaki was a little too early. I will visit Morioka on the 28th, though it will be a day trip. I hope the cherry blossoms are in bloom.

Thank you for your comment, Yu🎶. Sanzen Sakura Sakura Sakura nigori was my boom this spring. I found it at a store in Hakodate, but I bought something else and couldn't bring it to Sapporo. Please visit Tsuruoka too 🍶.

Shinshin SY, konbanhasan ∩ Translated by. It's almost 🌸dispersed on the 28th🍃. But I thought the lone cherry tree in Koiwai was about 1~2 weeks late, so I'll report back when I go to see it.
