I bought it because I wanted to drink Oroku. I haven't had Oroku at home for 3 years.
It is fresh and slightly effervescent. It has a sweetness with a bitter taste like grapefruit or orange. It has a character that other sakes don't have. It's expensive, but Ohtsuki-no-Kumi is delicious.
I also sense a little graininess and nuttiness.

I was looking at the fridge at the liquor store and thinking 🤔 how expensive it is but I ended up buying it 🤣.
I know it's not supposed to be my favorite sake quality but the direct pumping is unquestionably delicious 😋.
