The only thing I couldn't drink last year was the Yamaenishiki unfiltered raw because of my refrigerator. This year is my chance to get revenge.
Aroma of melon. When you put it in your mouth, you get a gorgeous chili melon, sweet and juicy. A slight bitterness finishes it off. It's so good. I don't know why I didn't try it last year. I think it's on par with Jikin in this direction.
