I couldn't take the kids anywhere during GW, so I went on a short trip when my wife and I had a day off 💨.
Because I went to Tokyo offline meeting during the GW period 😓No, no, it was really because my wife and I could not have the same holidays 💦.
Kitami City is famous for being the number one onion producer in Japan and the world's top producer of Hakka (Japanese peppermint), and is lined with many Yakiniku restaurants 🥓.
In such a town, my wife reserved a table not at a yakiniku restaurant but at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), and she wanted to give her husband a sake drink 😊She has a cute side 😏.
We ordered on recommendation and here is the first one ❗Hyakujuro first time ❗This is a prefecture without sea but blue waves 🌊I guess it is an image of Gifu's natural clear streams, the label is rough but cool! It's a refreshing, crisp taste, and it's delicious!
The crab miso and chicken with grated ponzu go well together 😄.
A good start for a first saké 🎵.
