Today, after watching a movie with my wife, we went to our favorite yakitori restaurant!
The third photo shows the sake we got on our recent tour of Miwa, the rice-no-hana we stopped by on the way home, and the sakusama we got at a local liquor store!
The first sake we had at our favorite yakitori restaurant was a first time brewer, Hamakawa Shoten's Biyou!
This time it was a summer sake!
Let's start with the aroma.
Let's start with the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing spiciness, richness, and a slight fruity sweetness.
Lingering spiciness in the back of the throat not strong in the back of the throat.
The first Bikyuu was a refreshing and delicious summer sake!

Good morning, ma-ki-😊.
I thought I've had a Bikuyo, but I've never had it either 😝 Great!
Come-no-hana, I had a little drink at the counter a while ago when I was on a business trip to Osaka 😋.

Good morning, ma-ki-!
Your summer bishoufu looks delicious!
I always thought it was "bijobu", but I recently realized it was "bishoufu", lol.

Thank you, Takashi!
Comekohana is great for a quick drink 😋.
It was my first time to drink Bishou, but it was well-balanced and refreshing. ⤴️
It's one of the best parts of drinking outside, isn't it?

Thank you so much, Pekkaal!
My first time was with a seasonal sake, but it was so delicious, I'd like to try the regular one if I get the chance 😋.
I see that it's "bishoufu".
I learned a lot~ ✍️

ma-ki-san, sorry for the repetition! It's "bijoufu" (sweat).
I left out the "tenten" in "shi"! I'm sorry!

Hi ma-ki-😃
I'm with my wife... and to think I've never called her 'wife' 😅It was either my wife or Nobby 😆.
Bikou-san! It's delicious 😋 and the third one, turtle sea! And the third one, the sea of turtles!
