Last weekend, when I went back to my in-laws' house, my father-in-law reserved a restaurant and we all had dinner together 🥢. After having a delicious course of seasonal dishes, you will want to have a good drink 😁. The first sake, "Hakugakusen Junmai Ginjo Shiraneri" from Yasumoto Shuzo in my hometown, Fukui! The first glass had a subtle aroma of rice, a clean and refreshing acidity and umami, and a lingering aftertaste that was crisp and clean with a hint of rice flavor. Dry and light, it was a perfect mealtime sake that would go well with any meal ✨.

Hi, Mr. Noodle Drink King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀. I used to go here a lot when I was married and staying with my in-laws for a while 😁. It's always an exciting place to go because they change their dishes from week to week, not to mention the look and taste of the food 😆.

Hi Haruei Chichi! I'm going back home within the prefecture, but it's divided into blocks of north and south, so it's rather time consuming to travel 😅My father-in-law is looking for a drinking buddy, and he always treats me well when I go there, so I'm very grateful for that 😊.

Hi Pon-chan! My father's name is "Hakuryu", but my father-in-law is mainly a barley shochu man, so he leaves the sake to me to order what I like 😊. Actually, my dad and my father-in-law have the same name, although the kanji is different!
