This year, the rainy season ended on August 1 in the Hokuriku region. ☔️☀☀
It's been cool and dry, but the temperature is still above my body temperature and I get sweaty after a day's work💦.
I'd like to enjoy a glass of refreshing sake 🍶.
Shiraki Kyu URANISHI SPARKLING Bento Wasurete mo Umbrella Wasurena
We enjoyed URANISHI so much last year that we wanted to repeat it, and this year a sparkling version is on sale at Asano Sake Shop in KYOTO.
[I wanted to repeat it.]
The aroma of fluffy rice, the mouthfeel of the sake, the carbonation on the tongue, the sweetness, and the bitterness that lingers on the tip of the tongue after the acidity has been cut off.
[Glass]
Rich aroma of rice, carbonation felt on the tip of the tongue with a tangy mouthfeel, sweet and sour with a refreshing acidity, and a sweet aftertaste like calpis and a sweet aroma that I think is typical of Shirakikyu.
I personally prefer to drink it in a glass because the acidity is too strong in a sake cup.
The entrée is a local caught Hiramasa sashimi and fresh beef jerky that I bought on a business trip to Osaka 😋.
I'm planning to go to Nagano during the Obon season, so I need to save some space in my cellar 🤣.
The 4th picture is the time of the children's pool again this year, and I'm sweating even preparing for it 💦.

Hi Jive, good evening.
It's been a really hot day and it's been tough 🥵.
This sparkling looks perfect for such a day ✨.
Makes me want to try drinking sparkling too 🍾.
Two kiddie pools sounds like a moderate amount of work 💦.

Hi Gyve 😃.
These hot 🥵 days are making me feel exhausted 😓.
Spark is a great way to absorb the sweat 💦 you've been sweating 🤗.

Hi Gyve 🐦.
It's really hot every day and the pool kids must be very happy 😊.
I haven't tasted Shirakikyu yet 💦I was curious about this label too 💦I may only have another one, but I think I'll go to Asano-san 🙄.

Hello, ma-ki-chan!
It's been hot every day 💦.
Beer 🍺 tastes great this time of year, but sake is also intoxicating 😁.
I couldn't reach the hose so I had to use a Kärcher to fill it with water 🤣.

I seem to be in an endless loop of sweating and refueling => drinking and then walking the next day and sweating and refueling again 🤣.

Hello Pon, ☀☀☀☀☀.
It's too hot for the kids to play outside, so we tried our best to at least have a pool 😁.
I recommend the sweet and sour taste of "URANISHI" and Mr. Shiraki Hisashi is just here at the Asano Japanese Sake Shop!
