Today we had takoyaki at home as planned.
Our takoyaki is soy-sauce flavored and made the day before so that it can be enjoyed with drinks.
I looked in the fridge to see what kind of sake I should drink today, and decided on Bunraku Reborn Moon Sherbet by Kitanishi Sake Brewery.
This sake is a renewal product of Bunraku, which is based on the concept of a three-dimensional sake that combines [acidity], [sweetness], and [aroma]. It is said to be an attractive sake with a melt-in-your-mouth quality only possible with low alcohol content.
It is said to be served with the moon on a midsummer night, but we will enjoy it from 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon sun.
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing, clean aroma.
In the mouth, a mild sweetness and sake-like flavor spreads pleasantly - delicious 😋.
The sake is very gentle on the palate.
The last part of the sake has a gentle bitterness that is easily washed away, and the soft spiciness makes the sake not too sweet.
It was so delicious that I drank more and more 😊.

Sauce would go better with beer, but soy sauce would be good with sake ✨.

I saw "MOON" on the label and it made me think of Gyve 😊.

I kind of grill takoyaki at home a few times a year 🎵
I also happened to find it at a liquor store I used and bought it thinking it would be good on a hot day with low al and it was really good 😊.
