7/10 I find myself at 600 check-ins. I've been drinking out a lot, but I've had a lot of drinks. Junmai Daiginjo from Amami. This is the highest spec of Amami, which has already become a very popular brand. However, all Amami wines are delicious regardless of the specs. This is a good, easy-to-understand sake made with 40% polished Yamadanishiki rice and No. 901 yeast. It is both fruity and refreshing, and is definitely a good sake to drink as a mealtime drink. I ended up drinking it in one night. Not good, not good.

Good morning, Southern Cross Shine 😃. Congratulations on your 600 check-ins ㊗️🎊‼️ It's so good that you could empty it in one night, a special sake worthy of the milestone 👍. I hope to welcome 700 with a sake like that 😁.
