When I heard about Yamazan's new product, I ran to the liquor store.
The aroma is mellow, rummy, and sour.
When you take a sip, you get a fresh chili with a thick mouthfeel. It has a rich umami flavor, but it remains light and has a full-bodied sourness on the side of the tongue, and the end is crisp and clean.
This is an amazing sake that establishes all of the following: dark sweet umami, juicy, fresh and light!
As the temperature rises, a soft sweet aroma also emerges and the flavor seems to increase in gentle sweetness. The freshness remains the same.
As the day goes by, the chirichiri-ness settles down and the sweetness and sourness of the rice is concentrated.
Not only the sweetness, but also the overall flavor is concentrated, so it becomes more intense without losing its balance.
But it is still refreshing. It's amazing.
I wrote a lot about it, but it was just delicious 🍶.
