I bought a bottle of sake at the supermarket just for this day. It is the first special honjozo in decades! Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15.5 Classic taste Sweet and sour with a clean aftertaste I thought it would be more light, but it was surprisingly robust and delicious 😊. Good for everyday meals. For the past few years, I've been going plum picking and making plum wine! The adrenaline is pumping as I try to pick the big berries 🤭. I can't seem to find a sake that is over 20 degrees, so I use a brandy based liqueur 🫙.

Hi Peco🐦! When I drank a sake from Echigo, it changed my impression of sake and I had to re-drink others. No clue correct answer ‼️ now it's half sake and half plum wine 😁.

Hi Pon 😃 I have recently started to like Honjozo sake, which I had been avoiding. I think this sake is also to your liking: ☺️ Please take your time to share your tips on making Umeshu (plum wine). I drink it well too 😋.

Hi Lutemi 🐦. Quintessential ✨I hear that when you become a drinker, you will like honjyu 🤣. My husband practically makes the plum wine 🤣 we used to drink mojitos in the summer, but we can't make mint anymore either because the 🦌 got to us 😆.

Pon. Good evening. This year seems to be a bad harvest for plums, so there are only a few in the stores and the prices are high 😱. My late mother used to make Umeshu (plum wine) so I want to try it too! A little less sweet... ♪

Good morning, young man 🐥. I remember there were not so many fruits growing! And the entrance fee has gone up 💦 so that's what happened 😱It must be tough for the farmers 😰. It's nice to be able to pickle them at home to your liking 😉.
