The second offering is also a "Hakuryu" sake 🍶.
Eiheiji Hakuryu Dochitekiteki.
It has a calm ginjo aroma, a soft sweet flavor, and a soft finish with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste.
The image of sweetness is the same as the first sake "Hakuryu Zen", but this one has a more intoxicating sharpness 🤔.
I ordered "Otsumami Menma" as a side dish.
The sweetness of the fat and the flavor of the bamboo shoots also go well with sake 🥰.

Hi Gyve, good evening.
Thank you very much for your work🍀.
I see that Poziya is finally closing 💦.
I always compare the last sake too - I thought Hakuryu was dry, but it has a beautiful sweetness and I love it 🤤.

Hi Gyve 😃.
It's a shame that this valuable two-sided restaurant that can be used for both ramen🍜 and drinking🍶 is closing 😢.
Mr. Hakuryu! I'd love to try a variety of drinks 😋.
