Today, I thought I would like to drink a cup of DAN.
I stopped by a local liquor store.
I had seen them selling Tadashi before, so I was excited to see if they had any summer junmai ginjo.
Unfortunately, they didn't have any summer junmai ginjo in shiawase bottles, but they did have junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo, so I pondered,
So, today we had our first Junmai Daiginjo from Sasaiichi Shuzo, a junmai daiginjo from Banshu Aizan, unfiltered raw sake.
I'm looking forward to it too much 🎵.
Let's start with the aroma.
First, the aroma. Oh, it's been a while since I've had a strong sake aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little bit of stimulation. The aroma is also strong sake aroma. The taste is very strong for me.
The sweetness and bitterness are exquisite.
This is delicious ✨It is thick, but the mouthfeel is light, so you can drink it without hesitation.
I haven't had a sake like this recently, and I am reminded once again how delicious sake really is.

Good morning, ma-ki-san!
I have an uncle who lives in Yamanashi and he often sends me "Shichiken" but I haven't had "Duan" yet💦.
I'll ask him to send some next time 😁.

Thank you for your comment, Gyave.
I had only ever drunk Shichiken in Yamanashi, but this was my first Dansan, and I found it rich and very tasty ✨.
If you have a chance to try it, Gyive, please do 🎵.

Hi ma-ki-😃!
Oh, I'm so glad you went to Dansan! I'm sorry there was no summer jungin 🤗🥲 but the other ones are good too 😋 I think Aizan is kind of reddish label 🤔 but this deep blue label is also good 🤔.

Thank you Jay & Nobby for your comments.
I couldn't resist the urge to drink after reading Jay & Nobby's and v0ru.'s post lol.
I couldn't drink the Junmai Ginjo in summer, but I realized how delicious Tadasan is!
