Hakata Gozenya, the venue of the party, is my favorite restaurant where you can relax with a tatami room and a sunken kotatsu (a table placed over a hole in the floor).

Today's first drink was a local sake.
Tanaka Rokuugo Junmai Sake
One of the strongest food sake as we know it!
The aroma is not the usual white grape or pear type.
but pear type.
When you taste it, it is sweet and sour, but as Comrade Manachy mentioned in his review, it is more acidic than sweet and juicy!
It's definitely different from usual ❗️.
I wonder why...
However, it is still a great food wine, and the combination with Hakata's famous sesame mackerel was perfect as usual ❗️.
