So today's sake is Dewazuru Clammbon by Akita Seishu, a sake from a new brewery.
I'm really looking forward to this sparkling sake 🎵.
Let's start with the aroma.
First, the aroma. Refreshing slightly citrusy aroma 😊.
There are bubbles in the glass 🎵.
The mouthfeel is refreshingly sweet and a little bitter, with a spiciness in the second half that is very refreshing and delicious✨.
It has a complex flavor that makes it a very drinkable sake, but it's still refreshing and delicious and made me feel very blissful 😁✨✨✨.
Sake is the best 🍶.
