Nishimura-san's mini-tasting party after a long absence
First of all, two types of Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake from Hanamai!
We are very happy to compare them because they are out of sake bottles this year.
Both have a 50% rice polishing ratio and 16% alcohol by volume.
Sake Mirai!
We had it freshly opened!
Aroma: Soft, sweet and fruity.
The taste is beautiful and well-balanced!
Omachi!
This one also has a nice aroma!
Compared to Sake Mirai, the sweetness and acidity are stronger.
Sake Mirai is an honorable taste.
Omachi has a unique taste.
I preferred Omachi. ❣️
It was interesting to see how everyone's tastes differed 🎶.

I'm a little hesitant to buy from Hanayu because most of their bottles are 1 Sho bottles and only a few types are Yongo bottles 🤣.
The liquor store near my house usually allows each person to buy one bottle of Ippon, but the Yongou bottles are purchased at point of sale😅.

The liquor store seems to be understaffed and they are trying their best to reduce (and restore) the number of tastings and the number of people 😊The flower eups were few, but the Kouei chrysanthemums and the two hares, etc. were as full as ever 👍✨.

I drank Sake Mirai 😋 and compared it to Jikin's Sake Mirai... Jikin was the superior one and Hanamup was the naughty one 😅 Hanamup is gorgeous no matter which one you drink 🤣.
