Using Nada's famed natural spring water "Miyamizu", this flowery fragrant Sake with silky, well-balanced smoothness can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature. Matches dishes with a slightly salty taste or a slightly soy taste. Sauted vegetable, Baby clams steamed in Sake, Japanese pickles, Sashimi, Yakitori.
My opinion: I liked this a lot, it was smooth, slightly sweet, refreshing even at room temperature with a little bit of a bite after taste.
