I was looking for a summer liquor to buy and found a label that looked suspicious!
I bought it without a second thought!
The aroma is light lactic acidity.
It has a refreshing acidity and flavor with little sweetness, so it's perfect as a cold sake on a hot day like today!
It was served in my favorite decanter for cold sake!
In summer, we tend to drink beer, but cold sake is also good.
