Today I just had a glass of Yuzu and Nigori Sake liqueur🍸 before going to bed.
Alcohol content 6%.

It is a low-alcohol liqueur.
I got it as a gift and didn't drink it very often because I thought it looked too sweet,
However, when I drank it with ice, the bitterness of the yuzu juice reduced the sweetness, which was a very good balance.
The yuzu juice is more authentic than I had imagined and very tasty.
I thought it would be surprisingly good as an aperitif or just a drink before going to bed at night.
As the description says, I think it would be great as a frozen sorbet.
It was good for a gentle drink before bed.
