A fresh but slightly sour aroma? I thought it was a sour sake!
There is a bit of sweetness from the rice, but the acidity is stronger. It is refreshing, so it goes well with snacks.
It is refreshingly acidic when served cold, but the spiciness may be stronger at room temperature.
