Probably the same as the "Honjozo Nigori Sake" listed on the website (I think it is Gohyakumangoku and Nihonbare).
The design of the thunderbird and the Tateyama mountain range is simple and austere!

It's sweet, but it's not dull and the aftertaste is rather refreshing.
However, it is not my favorite kind, and I get tired of it, so one cup is probably the right amount.
