I purchased this new brand, Saka Special Junmai, after drinking a variety of it at the Fukuoka Station tasting.
I also tasted Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, but this one felt the best.
It is fruity and the slight acidity seems to go well with a variety of rice dishes.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Saganohana
Alcohol Content: 15% alcohol
Rice polishing ratio: 60
