Q/A QA Labs Reluctantly.
IMADEYA's first installment for April in their GUITO! hanpukai is a Q/A from Miyake Shuzo, a brewery in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture.
This sake is brewed with Yamada Nishiki from Kue, Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture, and groundwater from the Manganji River system. The name "Question & Answer" is a reflection of this philosophy.
When poured into a glass, it has a slight cloudy ooze with a hint of muscat and banana nuances on the top nose.
In the mouth, a gentle sweetness of Yamadanishiki spreads from a soft touch.
It should be noted that the astringency that bears the name is not a cloying taste, but rather a component that adds a nice accent to the flavor. The aftertaste is also a baton from astringency to bitterness, which tightens the impression.
A new sense of balance with earthy nourishment, delicious!
