I became a business trip to Ibaraki Prefecture though it is a Corona disaster. Since we couldn't go to a pub, we decided to drink some local sake at the hotel, so we bought some at a souvenir shop.
I've never heard of Aiyu Shuzo before, but it's very good. It's also very sweet because it's made from Omachi.
It's a shame that the hotel's refrigerator is not very effective, so we couldn't cool it down much.
I'm sure it will be even better tomorrow when it's chilled.
Business trips and local sake are pretty good!
