I have a chance to drink the NO.6 I've been holding on to with friends and release it.
NO.6 Richard Dyske type
It was made to be easy to drink.
As the reputation says, it has a strong sourness like a flax cat, but
to be able to enjoy it as one of the characteristics not to feel bad.
I think it's well-balanced.
It's also great that it matches the bottle design so well.
It's so light that even people who don't like sake can drink it.
Because it is so light and has a lot of umami, it can be said that it is especially suitable for beginners.
I guess you could say it's for beginners...
It's not so easy to drink though. lol
I want to spread the goodness of this sake.
