Suminoi Sake Brewery! Participating in the Niigata Sake-no-jin!
Suminoi Brewery has changed from a sake brewery to a sake brewery specializing in hon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine).
I had not had the pleasure of meeting him before.
I didn't expect to see him here!
I was also interested in mirin, but this plum wine!
The color is a deep, deep brown.
Almost black in color, but not quite.
The aroma is clean and sweet, with a refreshing plum flavor.
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth.
The soft sweetness and acidity are gentle.
It has a soft sweetness and a gentle acidity, and it is easy to drink and has a nice sharpness.
It has neither the sweetness typical of plum wine nor the strong throat irritation.
It is really easy to drink and delicious!
It is even more refreshing with ice cubes.
Delicious!
And then there is Suminoi's sake lid, which was thought to be a mirage (by me).
It is properly labeled as "refined sake"! It's not sake, though! Thanks to this, Nakagoshi is almost in my hands.
