Sweet and tasty with a mild throat ☺️
When combined with udon soup stock, the sweetness comes out and both sake and udon become delicious 😋.
I guess Kagawa's sake goes well with udon 🍶🍲.

Udon people are mostly drink🥤 (not chew) and when they eat udon, they are irachi, so I have never seen them eating udon with sake🍶 except in a meeting place. It is a new discovery!

Kunishige seems to be distributed only in Kagawa prefecture, so it may be quite rare.
