I bought it at a nearby coop.
It is a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake bottled with new rice harvested in the fall.
Rice polishing ratio is 70%.
Alcohol content: 17 to less than 18 degrees
Like green apple or LaFrance.
It has a freshness, but the alcohol content is high, giving it a classic taste.
I enjoyed it more as a food wine than as a stand-alone wine.
