Today we will be having a Horikazu collaboration sake made by the sake brewery in the back, which we purchased at Sake Sento Horikazu during our trip to Aichi 🍶.

The aroma is light and spodgy. On the palate, it has a strong acidity and dryness that slowly fades away.
I paired it with bonito tataki and it is delicious 😊.
